Tampa, Florida – On Tuesday morning, the pre-pro football analytics outlet’s top drawer football announced the preseason awards list for the upcoming NCAA Division I season. The award includes Preseason All-American 1st, 2nd and 3rd Teams and Freshman Best XI.
The 44 player list includes 15 players who have played in USL League 2 this season.
