New soccer fields could be finished by mid-February at Bartow’s Mosaic Park. Work began over the summer. One soccer field will be on the east side and one will be on the west side of the park. In addition, the plans call for designated parking on the northeast corner of Mosiac Park and an existing sidewalk will be shifted to the east to connect the parking area to the amphitheater. The project also includes fencing and backdrop netting behind the soccer goals.
