David Beckham’s son, Romeo, joined Brentford B on loan for the remainder of the season.
Romeo has been with Inter Miami in MLS since 2021, when his father dominated the Florida club.
The 20-year-old was training with Brentford’s B team in October, but it was not an official trial.
Romeo made 20 appearances for Inter Miami II in the 2022 MLS Next Pro season, scoring two goals and providing 10 assists.
Brentford B head coach Neil McFarlane said: “We are very happy that Romeo has joined us.
“He came from Inter Miami looking to work with us in their close season. Romeo has applied himself incredibly well. I really agree with the group that has become.
“I love his standards and the way he behaves on and off the pitch.
“He’s been getting in better shape during his time with us and having joined us on loan puts him in a good place to move forward.
Romeo was previously in Arsenal’s academy.
