KEY ACTION: Opened 10 construction bids for phase one and four bids for a combination project of phase one and phase two for the soccer complex at the new Schuring Park at the former Tam O’Shanter Golf Course site.
Bids ranged from $3 million plus for first phase and $7 million plus for the combination project. After reviewing the bids, the trustees plan to vote on the best and lowest bid in a future board meeting.
