seaside, california – Monterey Bay FC announced on Tuesday that the club has re-signed midfielder Mobifer to a new two-year deal. This is pending league and federation approval. The move will allow MBFC to regain a major part of his midfield at Central ahead of his upcoming USL Championship campaign.
Fehr made 30 appearances in all competitions during the 2022 season, recording 2,336 minutes and 27 starts. Defensively, Fehr recorded 47 tackles, 45 blocks, 38 clears and four interceptions. He also scored 11 shots and created 13 chances.
“I’m really happy with Mobi. I think he’s done really well in central midfield,” said Frank Yallop, Monterey Bay FC sporting director and head coach. “I am very happy that he has re-signed. It will give us stability in the midfield area. I am very pleased with his performance last year.”
