Four area teams — Hingham (Division 1), Silver Lake (Div. 2), Hanover (Div. 3) and Cohasset (Div. 4) — won state championships this fall with Oliver Ames the Div. 2 runner-up.

The Patriot Ledger/Enterprise area also boasted an All-American selection (Hingham’s Sophie Reale) and four All-New England picks (Cohasset’s Tess Barrett, Hingham’s Claire Murray and Notre Dame Academy’s Lindsay Wilson and Sydney Comeau) by the Eastern Mass. Girls Soccer Coaches Association.
Reale (Div. 1), Wilson (Div. 2) and Barrett (Div. 4) also were named EMass Players of the Year for their respective divisions.
