The deadline for registration for the city’s spring youth soccer league is fast approaching.
City of Fayetteville’s Parks and Recreation department is accepting sign ups for their 2022/23 Fall Youth Soccer Program through Jan. 31, or until teams are full.
The spring season is set to begin on Saturday, March 4 and will continue until May 13.
The program is offered for kids aged 3-16 years old, and focuses on player development and sportsmanship.
Teams will meet twice per week, and players will be randomly assigned a team based on age. In addition, volunteer coaching positions are also available.
Registration fees range from $70-90 per player for the fall season and includes a jersey, shorts, socks and an end of season award.
