sacramento, california – Sacramento Republic FC announced Thursday that the club has signed defender Johnny Fenwick for the 2023 USL Championship season. Originally from Newcastle, England, he will be added to the club’s roster pending league and federation approval. Per club policy, the terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Fenwick comes to Sacramento after a strong showing in the 2022 USL Championship campaign at Eastern Conference club FC Tulsa. In his second season with the Oklahoma club, he set career highs in minutes played (31) and minutes played (1,982 minutes) and ranked his second on the team in clearances (95). it was done.
