Ann: As State Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access to Florida Soccer Referees, I am committed to increasing the number of registered referees in Florida while increasing opportunities for minority groups and women through mentorship and programming. We plan to help.
USL Headquarters: You participated in the USL Academy League Finals in 2022 as a referee mentor. What was that experience like for you?
Ann: Participating in the 2022 USL Academy Finals as a Referee Mentor was extremely rewarding. I looked forward to helping young, up-and-coming referees learn and grow from each game.It has always been a great experience to mentor the next generation of elite referees and be able to give back when the opportunity presents itself. is. The mentorship and coaching I have received has played a pivotal role in my development, so giving back is very important to me.
